(فإن عاد) الغلام (فاختار الآخر؛ نُقِل إليه، وإن عاد فاختار الأول؛ رُدَّ إليه، هكذا أبدًا) لأن هذا اختيار تشهٍّ، وقد يشتهي أحدهما في وقت دون آخر، فأتبع ما يشتهيه.
