(وإن أكرهه السلطان على قَتْلِ أحدٍ، أو) أكرهه على (جَلْدِه بغير حقٍّ) وفعل فمات المجلود (فالقِصاص) أو الدية (عليهما) أي: على السلطان والمباشر كما تقدم .
