(ولا مرتدٍّ قبل توبتـ) ه؛ لأنه مباح الدم، أشبه الحربي (لا) إن قُتل المرتد (بعدها) أي: بعد التوبة (إن قُبلت) توبته (ظاهرًا) فيقتل قاتله إذًا؛ لأنه معصوم.
