(ولا) يجب قِصاص ولا دية ولا كفَّارة بقتل (زانٍ محصَن، ولو قبل ثبوته) أي: الزنى (عند حاكم) لأنه مباح الدم، متحتّم قتله، فلم يُضمن، كالحربي.
