(وإن قلع) مكلَّفٌ (عينَ عبد، ثم عتق) العبد (ثم قطع آخر يده، ثم) قطع (آخر رجلَه، فلا قود على الأول، اندمل جرحه أو سرى) لأنه لم يكن مكافئًا له حين الجناية (وعلى الآخَرَينِ القِصاص في الطرفين) إن اندملا؛ للمكافأة.
