(وإن لم يكن له) أي: الولد (من يُرضعه، تُرِكت حتى تُرضعَه حولين ثم تفطِمَه) للخبر . والمعنى: لأن القتل إذا أخر من أجل سقط الحمل، فَلأنْ يؤخر من أجل حفظ الولد أولى.
