(وإن ادَّعت من وجب عليها القِصَاصُ الحملَ قُبِل منها إن أمكن) لأن للحمل أمارات خفيّة تعلمها من نفسها دون غيرها، فوجب أن يُحتاط له، كالحيض (وتُحبس حتى يبتبيَّن أمرُها) احتياطًا لمن وجب له القِصاص
