(فلو خالف) الولي (وفَعَل) أى: اقتصَّ بغير حضرة السلطان أو نائبه (وقع الموقِعَ) لأنه استوفَى حقه (وله) أي: الإمام أو نائبه (تعزيرُه) لافتياته على السلطان.
