(ولو دخل في الصلاة باجتهاد) بعد أن غلب على ظنه جهة القبلة وأحرم (ثم شك، لم يلتفت إليه) أي إلى ذلك الشك، لأنه لا يساوي غلبة الظن التي دخل بها في الصلاة (وبنى) على صلاته.
