(وإن أوضح) الجاني (إنسانًا فذهب ضوء عينه، أو) ذهب (سمعُه، أو شَمُّه، فإنه يوضحه) كما فعل به؛ لأنه جرح يمكن القود منه من غير حَيْف؛ لأن له حدًّا ينتهي إليه
