(وإن كان) الجاني (قد قَطَع جميعَها) أي: الذَّكر والأُنثيين والشُّفْرين (فله) أي: الخُنثى (دية امرأة في الشُّفْرين، وحكومة في الذَّكر والأنثيين) لأن أقل أحواله أن يكون أنثى.
