(وإن ألقتهم) أي: الأجنة (أحياء لوقت يعيشون لمثله، ثم ماتوا) بسبب جنايته (ففي كلِّ واحد منهم دية كاملة) كما لو كانت الجناية عليهم بعد ولادتهم أحياء.
