(وإن ضرب) الجاني (بطنَها، فألقت أجنة) اثنين فأكثر (ففى كلِّ واحد غُرَّة) كما لو قتل اثنين فأكثر، ولا تتداخل؛ لأنها حقوق لآدمي، أشبهت الديون.
