كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن قَلَع الأعورُ عينَ صحيحٍ لا تُماثِل عينه) فليس عليه إلا نصف الدية (أو قَلَع) الأعورُ (المماثلةَ خطأً، فليس عليه إلَّا نصف الدية) كما لو قلعها ذو عينين.
