(فإن جنى عليه) أي: على ذلك المجنيِّ عليه الذي حصل في كلامه عجلة، أو تمتمة، أو فأفأة (جانٍ آخر فأذهب كلامه، ففيه الدِّية كاملة) كما لو جنى على عينه جان فعَمِشتْ، ثم جنى عليه آخر فأذهب بصرها.
