(فإن أذهب) الجاني (الأول بعضَ الحروف، وأذهب) الجاني (الثَّاني بقية الكلام، فعلى كلِّ واحدٍ منهما) أي: الجانيين (بقسطه) من الدية، فيضمن ما أتلفه دون غيره.
