(وإن كان) انفراد المأموم عن الإمام (لغير عذر، لم يصح) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لا تختلفُوا على أئمتِكُم"؛ لأنَّه ترك متابعة إمامه، وانتقل من الأعلى إلى الأدنى بغير عذر، أشبه ما لو نقلها إلى النفل، أو ترك المتابعة من غير نية الانفراد.
