(فإن كسرها تعديًا) أي: بغير إذن ولىِّ الجناية (ثم جَبَرها فاستقامت، لم يسقط ما وجب من الحكومة في اعوجاجها) لأنه استقرَّ بالاندمال (وفى الكسر الثانى حكومة أخرى) لأنه جناية غير الأولى.
