(وفيها) أي: إحدى الباطشتين (نصف ما فيهما إذا قطعتا، أي: نصف دية وحكومة، وإن قطع إصبعًا من إحداهما، فنصف أرْش إصبع وحكومة) هذا أحد وجهين أطلقهما في "الشرح" وهو قياس ما قبله، واقتصر في "الإنصاف" و"تصحيح الفروع" و"التنقيح" على نصف أرش إصبع، وتبعهم في "المنتهى".
