(وإن قطع ذو اليد التى لها طرفان يدًا؛ لم يُقطعا) بتلك اليد، لئلا تؤخذ يدان بيد واحدة (ولا) تُقطع (إحداهما) بتلك اليد؛ لأنا لا نعرف الأصلية فنأخذها بها، ولا تؤخذ زائدة بأصلية
