(وإن طَعَنه في خدِّه فكَسَرَ العظمَ ووصل إلى فَمِهِ، فليس بجائفة أيضًا) لما ذكر من أن باطن الفم في حكم الظاهر (وعليه دية منقِّلة) خمسة عشر بعيرًا (لكسر العظم، وفيما زاد) على كسر العظم (حكومة) لما نقص.
