(مع حدود الله تعالى، ولم يتفقا) أي: الحَدَّان (في محل واحد، بُدِئ بها) أي: بحدود الآدمي؛ لأنها مبنية على الشُّحِّ والضيق (و) يُبدأ (بالأخفِّ فالأخفِّ، وجوبًا) كما لو انفردت
