(فإن استُوفي ذلك) الحد ونحوه (منه) أي: ممن لجأ إلى الحرم (في الحرم، فقد أساء) لهتكه حُرمة الحرم (ولا شيء عليه) لأنه لم يتجاوز ما وجب له.
