(فلو زنى أحدٌ منهم) أي: أهل الذمة (وجب الحَدّ) لأن اليهود جاؤوا إلى رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - بامرأة ورجل منهم قد زنيا "فأمَرَ بهما رسُولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فَرُجِما" متفق عليه .
