(والبدوي يُغَرَّب عن حِلته) بكسر الحاء (وقومِه) إلى مسافة قصر فأكثر (ولا يمكَّن) البدوي (من الإقامة بينهم) أي: بين قومه حتى يمضي العام؛ ليحصُل التغريب.
