(فإن عاد) المغرَّب (من تغريبه قبل مضي الحول، أُعيد تغريبه حتى يكمل الحول مسافرًا) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "وتغريب عام" (ويبني على ما مضى) قبل عوده، فلا يلزمه أن يستأنف؛ لزيادته إذًا عن العام.
