(و) يُشترط - أيضًا - (ألا يأتي القاذف ببينة) أي: أربعة رجال (بما قَذَفه به) لمفهوم قوله تعالى: {ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ}.
