(وإن) قال لمُحصَنة: زنيتِ وأنتِ صغيرة، و (فسَّره بتسع فأكثر من عمرها) حُدَّ (أو) قال لمُحصنٍ: زنيتَ وأنتَ صغير، وفسَّره (بعشر فأكثر من عمره؛ حُدَّ) لعدم اشتراط البلوغ.
