(وإن قُذِف) بالباء للمفعول (ميت مُحصَن أو لا) أي: أو غير محصن (ولو) كان الميت المقذوف (من غير أُمّهات الوارث، حُدَّ قاذفٌ بطلب وارثٍ محصن خاصّة) لما فيه من التعيير
