(ولو خلطه) أي: المُسْكِر (بماء، فاستُهْلِك) المُسْكِرُ (فيه) أي: الماء (ثم شربه) لم يُحدَّ؛ لأنه باستهلاكه في الماء لم يسلب اسم الماء عنه. (أو داوى به) أي: المُسْكِر (جُرْحه؛ لم يُحدَّ) لأنه لم يتناول شُرْبًا، ولا في معناه.
