(ولا يُحدّ ذِمي، ولا مُستأمنٌ بشُرْبه) أي: المُسْكِر (ولو رضي بحُكْمِنا؛ لأنه يعتقدُ حِلَّه) وذلك شُبهة يُدرأ بها الحَدّ.
