(ولا يسقط الحَدُّ بالإباحة في غير هذا الموضع) لعموم النصوص الدالّة على وجوب الحَدِّ على الزاني، وإنما سقط هنا، أي: في إباحة المرأة أمتَها لزوجها؛ لحديث النعمان المذكور.
