(وقال الشيخ (١) : يُعَزَّر) أي: من وجب عليه التعزير (بما يردعه) لأن القصد الرَّدع (وقد يقال بقتله) أي: من لزمه التعزير (للحاجة) وتقدم كلامه في "الاختيارات".
