(وقال (٣) : يُقتل مبتدع داعية. وذكره وجهًا، وفاقًا لمالك . ونُقِل) القتل (عن أحمد (٥) في الدعاة من الجَهْمية) لدفع شرهم به. ويأتي في الشهادات: يُكَفَّر مجتهدهم الداعية.
