(وإن كان الثوب أو غيره من المتاع بين يديه) أي: قُدَّامه (كبَزِّ البزازين، وقُماش الباعة، وخُبز الخباز، بحيث يشاهده وينظر إليه، فهو حِرْز) لأنه العادة.
