(وكلُّ من لا يُقطع الإنسانُ بسرقة ماله، لا يُقطع عبدُه بسرقةِ ماله، كآبائه، وأولاده، وغيرهم) كزوجاته، فلا يُقطع عبد بسرقة مال أحد من عمودَيْ نسب سيده، ولا من مال زوج سيدته، ونحو ذلك؛ لقيام الشُّبهة.
