(ولو أقرَّ) بالسرقة (مرةً واحدة، أو ثبت) أنه سرق (بـ) شهادة (شاهدٍ ويمين، أو أقرَّ) مرتين بالسرقة (ثم رَجَع؛ لزمه غَرَامة المسروق) لأنه حقُّ آدميٍّ، فلا يُقبل رجوعه عنه (ولا قَطْع) عليه؛ لما سبق.
