(لكن له) كذا في "الشرح" والظاهر أنه: يجب عليه (معونة غيره في الدفع عن ماله ونسائه، في قافلة وغيرها) مع ظَنِّ السلامة؛ لحديث:"انصُرْ أخاكَ ظالِمًا أو مَظلُومًا"؛ ولئلا تذهب الأنفس والأموال.
