(إلا بالصلاة إذا دُعِي إليها) من الإمام أو نائبه (وامتنع) حتى تضايق وقت الذي بعد التي دُعي إليها عن فعلها (أو بـ) ـترك (شرط أو رُكنٍ) للصلاة (مجمَعٍ عليه، فَيُقتل كُفرًا) بعد الاستتابة (وتقدم في كتاب الصلاة) بأوضح من هذا .
