(فإن أسلم) المرتدُّ (أخذه) أي: ماله، إن كان باقيًا (أو) أخذ (بقيته) أي: ما فضل بعد النفقات وقضاء الدين (ونَفَذَ تصرفه) الذي كان تصرفه في ردَّته في ماله.
