(ولا يلزمه) أي: المرتد (قضاء ما ترك من العبادات في ردَّته) لقوله تعالى: {قُلْ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِنْ يَنْتَهُوا يُغْفَرْ لَهُمْ مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ}، وكالحربي؛ ولأن أبا بكر لم يأمر المرتدين بقضاء ما فاتهم.
