(فإن أبى) ربُّ الطعام بَذْلَه بالأسهل (أخذه) المضطرُّ (قهرًا) لأنه يستحقه دون مالكه (ويُعطيه) المضطر (عوضه) أي: مثله أو قيمته؛ لئلا يجتمع على مالكه فواتُ العين والمالية.
