(ولا تُباح ذبيحة مَن أحد أبويه كافرٌ غير كتابي) كولد مجوسية من كتابي، فلا تحل ذبيحتُه تغليبًا للتحريم. (ولا) يُباح (صيده غير سمك ونحوه) من حيوانات البحر، والجراد ونحوه؛ لحل ميتته
