(حياةٌ مستقرةٌّ، لم يُبح إلا بذبحه) أو نحره؛ لأنه نَفْسٌ أخرى، وهو مستقلٌّ بحياته، ولا يُؤثِّر مُحرَّمُ الأَكلِ -كسِمْعٍ- في ذكاةِ أُمِّه المباحة.
