(وإن كان) الجرح (الأول غير مُوَحٍّ، حَرُم) . لأنه صار مقدورًا عليه بإثبات الأول، فلم يُبح إلا بذبحه، ولم يوجد. (ويَغْرَمُ) الثاني (قيمَته للأول مجروحًا بالجرح الأول) لأنه أتلفه عليه كذلك حتى ولو أدرك الأول ذكاته فلم يُذَكِّه
