(و) لو حلف: (لا اشتريته بمائة، فاشتراه بها أو بأكثر؛ حَنِث) لدلالة الحال على ذلك و (لا) يحنث إن اشتراه (بأقلَّ) من مائة؛ لأنه لم يخالف ما حلف عليه.
