(و) لو حلف: (لا يلبس ثوبًا من غَزْلها، يقصد قَطْع مِنَّتها، فباعه واشترى بثمنه ثوبًا) ولبسه (حَنِث) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لعن الله اليهود، حُرِّمت عليهم الشحوم فَجَمَلُوها، فباعوها وأكلوا ثمنَها".
