(لا) يحنث مَنْ حلف: لا يدخل دار فلان، أو لا يلبس ثوبه، أو لا يركب دابته بـ (ـما استعاره فلان، أو) استعاره (عبده) أو غَصَبه من دار، أو ثوب أو دابة؛ لأنه لا يملك منافعه، بخلاف المستأجر.
