(وإن حلف: لا يضرب امرأته) أو غيرها (فخنقها، أو نتف شعرها، أو عضَّها تأليمًا لا تلذُّذًا، حَنِثَ) لأن المقصود من الضرب التأليم، وهو حاصل بذلك (ولو لم ينو) ألا يؤلمها في (يمينه) هذه.
