(و) من عليه دين، فحلف لِرَبِّه: (لا فارقتُك حتى أوفيك حقّك، فأبرأه الغريم منه، فكَمُكْرَه) فلا يحنث الحالف؛ لأن فوات البِرّ منه لا فعلَ له فيه.
